Meant to post earlier before Bill turned up for his usual closing comments!

Really great set as ever Bill...you always deliver a few gems every time.

Personal favourites in order:

No.1...wow, fab abstract...dark, oily, sinuous...like flowing treacle or liqourice. Would look great on a wall.

No.7...one of my favourite type of landscape shots...lovely light behind those menacing clouds.

No.13...Another great abstract, could almost be a view from the Space station of a river delta or suchlike.

No.9...Very moody with the promise of a new day. Also like the 'isolation' aspect.

That was Lewis...here's hoping Harris is just as good.

It'll all come down to supply and demand in the end. If stock is limited due to factory closures or inefficient working practices but the customer demand is still there then prices will rise. If demand falls but manufacturers and retailers have stock to shift then prices will fall.

My guess is that prices will start to drop quite substantially going into the summer as demand will likely skydive
as people can't go on holiday or to events etc.

Unfortunately this also means that one or more manufacturers are more likely to pull out of DSLR/lens business altogether as no profit it it any longer.

A 400 f5.6?

A brooch with inbuilt wi-fi.

No. 2 for me...simple and abstract feel I like.

A* 135 f1.8

Really good...nice to see the creative process broken down stage by stage.

I enjoy doing this sort of thing myself and at the end you can produce a new 'original' substantially different from what you started with.

I like all four images...hard to choose a favourite...possibly the third.

No.4 my favourite as well...I also like the last one...not seen anything like that decorative use of numbers before.

Cheers

Nice shot Geoff.

Brings back memories from a very long time ago...parents used to have a static caravan on Presthaven Sands, and we often used to walk to the lighthouse...when we as kids weren't leaping off the fabulous sand dunes a short walk from the van.

Unfortunately I won't be able to afford it, but I think it's a great combination of focal length/max aperture and weather sealing.

Think it looks very stylish too.
