I think I've cracked the Firefox flash problem. I unticked 'enable hardware acceleration' in flash settings. Worked ok since then.

There are indeed no problems on this site. Maybe the problems with other sites are because I use large text and graphics, necessary owing to my ancient eyes.

This was mentioned on another thread, but I'm thinking of ditching firefox and returning to IE, probably equivalent to returning to Canon from Pentax!
I've had enough of text on text, pages not loading properly and generally things in the wrong place.
The latest 'issue' (ie problem) is streaming flash videos at full-screen crashing the computer. This doesn't happen on IE.
Anybody else been through this?

Talking of which, don't you find Firefox can be a right pain? As well as hidden buttons, many sites appear not to be designed for Firefox, so you get text superimposed on other text, ads on top of content, and sometimes parts of pages don't load. But as the alternative is IE I'm sticking with Firefox!I will give it another go tonight. Probably just me being dumb . Then again, Firefox does sometimes have a habit of hiding buttons, I find.

I beg to differ. I have a GX10, but am looking for a body which is small and relatively light to complement it, so am thinking about the K-x.

Must put you in a curious position; as the sponsor of Pentax User how will you square this at the shop when you reccomend Canon and Nikon equipment in preference to Pentax, presumably you will have to do this to justify the expansion:
