Think about it this way:
If you use on-PC software, all you need is something that is faster than your keystrokes or mouse clicks.
Like Nigel says, you do not need a super duper monitor, but a big one is nice.
A big one that is matched to your printer is even better.
I used to use a 17" square LG, and what I saw on the screen came out of the printer.
I replaced it with a 22" widescreen LG, and have to make a set of adjustments in PS or elements to get the printout I want. It only takes seconds but those seconds eat up any speed advantage the PC has.
An accurate (but totally useless) answer would be a PC that is fast enough for you, with a suitable monitor.
Think before you buy!

And the same question used to be asked about PCs for word processing years ago.
Rven when processor speeds were down to a few hundred Hz, and RAM at about 640K, the PC was always faster than the person at the keyboard.

Agree with Chrism8 about taking the cars out of No 2 image.
But also think about cropping the top 15% or so to get rid of the upward curve of the tree line. This draws the eyes away from that wonderful loco.
Reso has just shown you what a tight crop can do ...

First shot is a cracker. But ... ...
Lighten the shadows by about 25% and then turn it into black and white, and it is a real stunner.

The problem that I see is with the email notification that there is a new post to a thread I am following.
I click on the long link. I get the PU heading menu, I am told that the notification is reset.
I wait
I wait
I wait
I could have a cup of coffee and still be waiting

1 - Buy via Amazon. Any probs and go back to Amazon and let them deal with it.

2 - Buy from John lewis. they will pricematch Camera Centre as quoted here:
https://www.pentaxuser.com/forum/topic/john-lewis-and-the-price-match-55097

If its old stock from "somewhere", think again.

What's going on is a well-known fault with a lot of the MZ- / ZX- series.
A little plastic cog has given up the ghost and a repair is more than the camera is worth.
My MZ-50 died in exactly the same way.
I nearly bought a replacement body from Kree on this forum, which had the cog replaced with a metal one.
He may still have it if you want to go down that road.

1 - It's a bump!
2 - Pentacon now sold to Kree
3 - Having searched my soul, I have decided that I do not want another film body.
That cuts my wish-list down to *istDS, or K10, or maybe a K100, bodies only, do not want to trade for much else.
4 - Open to offers on anything.

While I have reduced the amount of kit I have by several lenses and a K20 body, I still have too much, and most of it is stuff that I cannot physically use now. The crunch came when my MZ-50 died (the well-known mirror drive gear fault).
So, either the surplus kit has to be sold, or I need a body to mount the remaining lenses on. Hence the “Swop or Sale” headline.
I would prefer to stay digital, although the MZ-50 was light enough for me to handle with relative ease (my MS is getting slowly worse) and an X-5 has solved the problem of handling long and heavy lenses.
Now comes the next problem, if I am offered an interesting swap, do I try to keep any/some/all of my shorter Tamron A2 gear (with 2 x KA adapters and one K), or do I use the adapters to make a particular lens more interesting? Decisions, decisions … .
So what might I like? An *istDS would be more interesting (being smaller and lighter) than a K10 (also interesting), but an MZ6 or an *ist might tempt me just as much.
I am always open to offers, or bundling (but acceptance is not promised).
All prices are including postage/courier within mainland Britain – I am not looking to sell outside this area.
Payment by DBT please (no Paypal).
