Elected officials are supposed to represent the voter, so ultimately the voter is at fault.Are people perceiving threats where generally they do not exist? I certainly would not go near a children’s playground with camera, it is simply not worth the hassle. I am not trying to dismiss the real concerns of parents,but it does seem that they are increasingly becoming over protective of their offspring; this in turn leads to the sort of ridiculous situation in your link. Additionally, I wonder at how much of this hysterical overreaction is actually down to press reporting? Is this situation being mirrored in other countries?

TBH i usually just give it a wipe with a lenscloth. Does not seem to do any harm. Perhaps more worthy members have better suggestions:

I use these for canvas prints, they are a bit pricey but the quality is superb.

No 3 seems very decent to me

4 for me, but they all lack a sence of scale,

Perhaps not the best for wildlife photography.

Taken in the early hours, C&C welcome;

The HDR realy works for me, would look great on an A3 canvas. If I had to be picky it`s a pity about the reflections on the windscreen, maybe you could have used a polariser:
