Nope! It's sat here perfectly balanced on a new Wimberley head!! And a very nice (though expensive) head it was too:D I'm proud to say I resisted everything on offer and came away empty with just the freebie reflector from Pentax, though I was very nearly tempted to risk some domestic disturbance...

I can bring some along. But either way, don't let the lack of a camera stop you coming to the meet! Thanks! Good to know I have an emergency fall-back if necessary. Even in a worst case scenario if my K-5 is useless I have a Samsung WB550 compact I can use. It's a fairly decent little camera. :D

It certainly looks like a lovely spot, I'm rather tempted to stop of there on my way back from Knockhill in September (5th), it could even work out to be ideal for a lunch break. Not the ideal time for photography I know, but it's about 5 hours from home, so I'm not likely to get there otherwise.
