A compelling set, simplicity with plenty of detail. The "wrinkles" on the dunes in 1 & 2 catch the eye in a particularly interesting way. My favorites, I think, would be 3 & 4, with just the small hint of sea in 3 and of mountain in 4, as if only a dream away in the distance.

Gorgeous colours/shades thereof, and translucency. What is it?

Great shots and subject(s). No favorites really, perhaps a nudge to the fly for its originality/incongruity.

That ancient timber is something - I really like the depth you've managed to convey. And all those detailed branches sure keep the eye busy, in a very good way. Bendy tree is runner-up (a grand specimen), and the boat's striking colours on the canal come in third. Beautiful light throughout the set.

Lovely waves of chrome in 1, and the ribcage in 2 is intriguing.

The leaf patterns in 2 make it the more interesting shot for me (though, as has been said, the light in 1 & 3 is great).

What a surreal image. Raw flesh sprouting a glass bird of some kind - or any of many other imaginings... Rather unsettling, this one (which I like!).

There's an interesting impression of looking through a net curtain in the first three, lending a dreamy quality to them. Are they all single exposures (wondering how you managed the difference in background/foreground perception)? The last is the more 'automnly' to my eyes.

Very nice tones going on in the left-hand part of 1. The blown-out highlights on the right offer an interesting counterpoint. Personal preference would go for all-out greyness/darkness, though.

Colours, detail, lighting, subjects - all great here (as usual, I might add). Quite lovely greys in 1...
