It certainly that #3 is striking a cord with us, I think it is also my favourite. I like them all very much, though.
#1 and #2 are perhaps a bit bright at street level but not as much as to ruin the pics.
I'm sure there will come more our way in the coming weeks, a couple of thousands (and I thought I was promiscuous at shooting :lol.
I'm looking forward to see more from the Big Apple (and that includes you, Kris, as well).

Wonderfully simple and powerful at the same time.
Great work Joshua!

both were declined for the Pentax Photo Gallery, though.
That doesn't make them any less precious to me. The second one I'm especially proud of, as it was taken on a 7 hour stop over in Sydney. One day I will visit again...

Install a "modern" lens on your camera. You must be using old glass with no communication or limited communication with the body ( and, no, I'm not talking about your wife's body).
I don't think, however, that the lenses are the problem. I only have fairly recent ones and I think the last time I checked I had the DA*16-50 on the (camera)-body.
As I said, I need to have a look in the manual but I can't be bothered, really.
Thanks for the hint, though,
Prieni
I had once used it, though, and it just came up with some specs that I had previously identified in some small aperture shots.
The Arctic Butterfly now get's rid of dust whenever I see too many blobs appearing in my pics.
To be honest, I don't really need that dust alert.
What do the pictures look like when you take an out of focus pic of a white(ish) wall with, say, A22? What does it look like when you use "auto levels" or "auto contrast" on it in your post processing software?
Same picture?

This is one of the few I was very keen to see on a proper monitor rather than the small(ish) laptop running only Picasa. I did quite a few shots of this guy but mostly from his other (i.e. left) side. This one was the most dramatic shot, though (and in many shots his long (fishing:wink rod hadn't made it in the frame uncut).
If only I had made my way through all the Kaua'i pictures, yet, I could work on the Gran Canaria ones a bit more...
