I don't think one person's argument with a supplier really proves anything, we can only take people as we find them.
Personally I have always found Park Cameras to be fine.

I have asked the Mods if they have any objection to me naming the guilty party, but have not had a reply.
I agree with JR that it would be good to build up a relationship with your local shop, but that requires co-operation on both sides.
I am sure a lot of forum members have had dealings with these people, and have had goods ordered one day and delivered the next day, completely satisfactorily, but most companies do that these days.
To my mind, the real measure of a company is how they behave when things go wrong.
The company conerned is Park Cameras.

I know that it happens though as my Sigma 150-500 shows up as a a 70-200. All other parameters are reported correctly.
