As a general comment, and it does of course depend on what you wanted, for me these images look under-exposed for what seems to be a bright sunny day.

Yeah sorry about that, I have rushed them out again, SOOC.

I was in manual and checking for no blown highlights by using liveview, I can't do this through the viewfinder unless I am missing something? so normally I would when not in a rush, check them in RT by increasing exposure to near the max on the histogram/curves etc. to lift the brightness.

However I'm usually rushing them out, but TBH on my monitor they did look quite bright, and I have had this before, where on the mobile they look underexposed, but in this case they did look bright, so is it possible your screen/mobile is "dimmer" ? no disrespect but they look okay IMO, perhaps you are correct.

Thanks for the comments, I am going to have to be more stringent in my post processing and posting, I also seem to have a problem with White balance checking LOL.
Ah well still learning.
Cheers.

Yes, as above this is a good trio, I like them all and with difficulty I decided that it's number 3 for me, I don't know why, it's just something

Good 2 and 1/2 hour walk on a warm day, shorts and T-shirt weather - great, just a couple of Horse fly bites! Never used to get these but since the local farmers have increased the number of stables and peoples horses they are a real pest.
KP and DFA 28 to 105mm WR. All SOOC and hand held, used a CPL.

If you used ND filters on these you'd end up with a sea full of condensed milk.

Exactly what I had thought at the time, I have been to this location before with ND filters, but knew with a handheld slow shutter speed would still give a look I wanted or there abouts. At 1/45 or 1/30 and was pleased with the good results from 1/15th second !
I do have step down rings for my polarizer, and for the 150mm Filter system, ND's etc.
Thank you all for the comments.

For me, defraction isnt much of an issue, but why not invest in some good quality ND filters ?
Yeah I have but sods law I didn't have them with me lol. Walking light again so just take the kp and a lens.

With the KP and DA*11-18mm F2.8 again, handheld and after a slow shutter for these so mainly high f stop - f22. Is defraction really obvious/serious a problem?, hmm. Down to 1/15th sec for the B & White one.
Enjoy (hopefully )

Ok, apologies as I'm still playing with the 26mm extension tube created from a TC. Using the K1 mkII and all hand held, shutter speed, 1/250th and 1/500th, f3.5 I believe I used
But I was more than pleasantly surprised how good the SMC-M 135mm f3.5 was, here are some pictures rushed out with only some contrast added to 2 of them in GIMP before scaling them down;

A cracking good weather day, not too hot but hot enough, 24 degrees. These snaps are SOOC (straight out of camera) nowt done other than scaled down for the forum, all hand held. KP and DA* 11-18mm at 11.25mm

1. f11 at 1/45th sec. This is not a path BTW.

Thank you all for the comments, a quick look found a Teleplus PKA MC7 but too much at £79.99, but can keep an eye out for one cheaper. I'm pleased with the results from a quick test of my cost free adaption.
