Playing with another self made 'extension tube'.

I stripped out another old TC, a Soligor 2x which I had acquired a long time ago, of no use so it's now a 26mm Extension Tube, my previous Vivitar 3x is a 50mm tube.

Nice and cheap way to increase your macro flexibility - if you ever come across a Teleplus PKA MC7 Variable Macro converter dirt cheap, you can take the glass out (although it's not an easy job) and have yourself a helicoid tube that carries the Aperture info from the lens to the camera. It does vignette a little at furthest throw but it increases your macro range quite a bit

Thank you all for the comments, a quick look found a Teleplus PKA MC7 but too much at £79.99, but can keep an eye out for one cheaper. I'm pleased with the results from a quick test of my cost free adaption.
