Hi friends, Just thought should share my experience with lens creep band. I recently bought from Ebay this lens creep band for my sigma 28-300. I put it on my sigma and there you are....no creep and its quite tight....it really solves the creep problem....I vouch for it....

Hi Karthik,

55-300 would be a great lens. I had a 70-300 but gave it and bought a 28-300 sigma as i did not want to change lens....i am happy. Do you really need 150-500? think before you buy. don't waste your time in returning and buying another one....you can as well use that time in taking photos....regards jeeess

Hi Jamal, I did not have a very good experience with 18-200. I found it greatly lacking in IQ. I returned it within a week. I now have a Sigma 28-300 which i find much much better. Anyways choice is yours. Good luck.

Hi friends, I have a different experience. I find the pics brighter. On occasions, I have had to got down to -1 or even -2 for the right exposure. K-7 has been a pleasure to handle so far. I wonder how K-5 should feel. You would know it John.

Hi friends, thanks to you all for your responses. I find the pictures to be quite sharp. I have ordered lens creep band and hope it will help. My version does not have macro or a lock. It is a 72mm version. And happy to note that Jay Maisel uses 28-300.

Dear friends, I have bought a Sigma 28-300 for my K-7 and finding it giving great pics. The lens creeps when held pointing downwards, but that is not a big issue. On the whole, I am happy....i think that is what counts.

Hi, I too have a Pentax k10d with pentax 28-105 lens. Less than 15000 actuations, with two batteries and a charger. I am asking £ 250. Its working fine and don't have any issues. Its got a clean sensor. If interested, you can inspect the camera and buy. No guarantee as I am not a store seller. No returns too. I am selling due to upgrade to K-7. Pl pm if interested.
