Took me a little time to get used to the K5 when I moved up from the K10.

I'm sure you will get some help from the others on here but I am just up the road near Thatcham if you get stuck.

Funny enough, I had a chance to get out with my k5 yesterday and I have not had much of a chance to play much with my recently acquired K 28mm shift lens so took it along. I must admit I forgot about the built in level!

I did try a couple of shots with both the K 28mm and the DA50-135mm of the same subject. Not using the shift but just as a comparison of the two lenses.

Must admit, this lens is a bit different and It will take a little time to really get used to it but I think it is worth the practice.

I have the same problem on my android 7'' tablet. Trying to use the right hand end of the header bar ends up with the Search opening up every time. You cannot use the Recent Activity tab (Probably the one I use most). I tried expanding the view but the header won't scroll across and so is useless on the tablet.

Oh and have you noticed that the screen is far too white and the text difficult to read. Even worse on a tablet!
I guess reading the text is not a high priority, much more important the the users get used to what is offered rather than taking any notice and making it easy to read!

Now you have started it won't stop you know! You'll be putting some of your pictures in the gallery next.

For silver, radiator foil works well. It has foil one side and a white plastic foam on the other side. B&Q .
You can also use the silvered car windscreen blinds. The type that stop the car getting too hot in the summer. You can also keep you car cool in summer with it!

White card or paper, gold foil wrapping paper stuck on card, all work and you can just experiment!

I have a couple of the eBay type that have white, gold,silver and black and find they are really useful. Lastolight quality may be better but I have one of those and it doesn't seem any different.

7dayshop do a range at reasonable prices I think, they come quicker than Chinese suppliers and you have a money back guarantee.

Really worth using though to get the light where you want it.

Let's face it, the new site is causing many problems for many people. The old site wasn't a problem.

Why not bite the bullet and go back to what was working and work from there at improving it.
A lot of these problems were brought up when it was first trialed on here but nothing was done to change anything before launch. I understand it is difficult to please everybody all of the time but you have a lot of people getting cheesed off with it and you should listen!
For a lot of people the large white space needs changing, the text is not working, all sorts of issues with navigation on the site.

Basically the site is not working for lots of people.

Much too much empty space, text is not clear, Too bright, does not look more modern to me just naff.

Well, Just tried to use my 7inch tablet and when you try to use the top drop downs (Gallery, Forum etc) the search opens when you try to go to recent activity. perhaps the search forums box could be moved to the right side, away from the drop downs.

Total waste of time and more difficult to use.

Can I have the old one back please!
