Is it just me, or does Reab's photo seem to move as you look around it?

Definitely the grip - one of the dials would have moved half a click, and that then locks up the corresponding dial on the body, and vice versa. I get it relatively often.

Says 'Prinzflez' on your website Gordon. Can't believe no one else pointed that out.

Really?

I have heard that 99.9% of all statistics quoted on the internet are wrong.

My first was a 110 compact, then used my mum's Olympus film bridge camera (AZ300 or something?), then a Praktica MTL5, then a Chinon CE5, then my first DSLR; the *istD, now onto my K10D.

Very nearly bought an OM10 in a camera shop in Walthamstow when I was at college, before I got the MTL5, I wonder where I would have ended up camera-wise if I had... :

I was sure I put somewhere that I'd be out last night so judging might be later than we'd been accustomed to lately, but I can't find that now.

It's been a slow day today.

If you were shooting from the same place, then cropping the Pentax down, you would get the same field of view (and I would think, the same DoF) as the Sigma. As both field of view is wider, and the background more in focus, I would assume you were actually standing nearer to the sign when you took the Pentax shot. Any thoughts?

I have just been on the website and it has still not been corrected.I have not commited to anything yet and was leaning towards the pentax K7 the other contender was the Nikon D300s I'm getting slightly jittery about Pentax can you guys give me some reason to go ahead with K7.
The camera's designed in Japan by a specialist team of camera designers, not by the same team that design the website. Although it would be great if the (U.K.) website was up to the quality of Pentax's products, it really doesn't affect the operation of the camera. Get your hands on both cameras and see what feels right - don't let a spelling mistake influence your judgment too much.
