Thankyou niblue and John, from what I've read I was under the impression that I would be shooting at f16/22 to get the greatest dof,just goes to show you should never believe everything you read!,,,,,,,thanks again for the information,I'll give it a go it daybreak !............Ken

Hello !.........I recieved my 16/45 the other day and I'm off to the Lakes in the morning to try it out!.....Has anyone any advice on settings etc that it works best at, I'm a complete novice as far as landscapes go so I really do know nothing apart from I'll be working with small apertures for a greater Dof!................has this lens got a sweet spot!.........thank you in anticipation of some help!..................Ken

I am the proud owner of a istds!...my pride and joy.....I am toying with the idea of buying the K10!.............Is the picture quality that much better?.........thats all I'm bothered about,,I dont need fancy gadgets all I want is a camera that will take good sharp shots,will I go for it or stick with my old friend?.................Ken
