The 50 mm 1.7 "A" is a superb lens!....I often stick it on when I'm at my pc, then shoot something in the room just to remind me how sharp it is!...mad you may think ,but I just love this lens!........good luck with it my friend......................Ken

The shop by law must replace it if it not fit for purpose!........dont be fobbed off with them sending it back to Pentax,they sold it ,so it is their responsibility!............If you have no joy go to your local trading standards office and they will sort it for you.................

I wuld keep them both in case you have trouble with either of them!.......good one's are not that easy to find!......I have the 1.7 and I love it!......................

Hello!.......I have just taken delivery of my K20,,,,,,,,beautiful looking machine!...trouble is the time wont set right!........it is set to London but it is approx 35min out!.......any ideas?.........Ken
