Can anyone point me in the right direction?,,,,,I am looking for quality shots taken with a K20.........before I take the plunge!...ha,ha!........

Or you could buy the 50mm "A" 1.7 manual focus!....for about £35/40.....it is superb and I love mine!..................

You dont mention the most important thing!........does it produce clear, sharp shots?..............

Go on be a devil and get a manual focus!...........there are a number on Ebay at the moment!.........even a buy it now for £65!...........the 1.7 "A" lens is a beauty,I got one a month ago and I love it!.................Ken

I was after a 10/20 having seen some amazing shots taken with it!,,,that was until now!. I'm afraid I cant see a sharp shot amongst them,You would be much better of trying a smaller aperture and using a tripod methinks!,the dof shooting around the 5.6 mark cant be very great at all.The stonework on the church tower is terrible,not a patch on what I can produce with the 18/55.......I'll hang on a bit I think until you get the hang of it!.....good luck...............Ken

I managed it ok with a pair of rubber tipped fly tying tweezers!........I had a jack russel hair in mine!........they get everywhere!....................Ken

My "A" 50mm 1.7 arrived today!...........cant wait until the weekend!......

I bought the 16/45 three weeks ago and I've yet to reach the quality of the 18/55!..............I'm not a happy bunny,my shots aren't as sharp and I struggle with dof, I cant seem to get the front to back clarity that I can with the "KIT" lens...............Another thing with the 16/45 is the build quality!........at 16mm the front end wobbles like a mad thing!.....not a good advert for buying real Pentax glass..........................
