Also, a camera is only as good as two things: it's lens and it's user.

They are not plastic and certainly don't seem cheap in the sense of badly made. The one I bought, for about £40 I think, seems to be made of brass, is finished very well and the bayonet is smooth as silk. If you can get one that has a variable aperture that would be helpful.are all the cheap plastic versions the same with no contacts etc?

If you have a K3, the FluCard and a smartphone with the app....
If not, then a wired trigger, however remember the camera port has to be open for that and then you will not be water resistant.

Any recommendations?
Ideally I want one to work with DA lenses as well as M lenses so will need some form of apature control. Also a tripod mount would be great.

Has anyone tried the converter with the Sigma 120-400 HSM lens? I have the Kenro 1.5 which works with the lens (in HSM) but IQ is worse than cropping and enlarging!
