Don’t know what size is required for your Pentax SFXn, but if any help as a guide. The eyecup from my K10d, will fit the Spotmatic II, like a glove.

Take care.
Best gestimate is 22mm across on the view finder, and the flanges of the old eyecup about 20mm if that makes any sense Height is about 15mm Will have to keep a look out at carboot sales etc.

Looking for a replacement Eyecup for a Pentax SFXn. I know it's a real old camera but does anyone have any suggestions for a replacement if not a source of an "original"

Is it just me or does there seem to be a shortage of wild birds about, even the most common types. I have plenty foodstuff out, fatballs etc but it all seems untouched. Location Newbiggin by the Sea.

To be fair, there's been more advertising than ever before this year, and not only in the photographic press. Outdoor magazines have been a target as has Facebook, plus perhaps other areas I don't normally look at.
I must be looking in the wrong areas, don't recall seeing a Pentax advert anywhere outside of photo mags. Recently bought a K7 because the lenses I had would fit (sigma 28-70mm and sigma 70-210mm bought around 1990 and now sold) Person who bought them was delighted too! Now if I get 20+ years from the new lenses I think they would speak for themselves

I agree with John R and I expect my kit to be working after I'm not

I just hope my lenses will be compatible with the new Penric or Rictax
