Comment by Taynuiltpixels posted on PU site Q: location location location at 31/01/2014 - 21:10
It is probably very obvious but I cannot work out how to include my location, in my profile info, so that it will come up under my avatar - I see no window in "settings" for "location". Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks
Stephen

My "Sigma 150-500mm F5-6.3 APO DG OS HSM Lens for Pentax" arrived a couple of days ago, beautifully packed by Shuan.
In v.good condition but not the lens advertised ie it is the non OS version. A genuine mistake on the part of the vendor but I would now always recommend double checking the spec when buying an item via a forum!
Happy with the lens, even though it is not OS, as the price was good including P&P.

Mark - so apart from the OS they are exactly the same in terms of optics or is the newer version superior?

Can anyone tell me the differences between the Sigma 150-500mm F5-6.3 APO HSM and the APO DG OS HSM version. Both in terms of quality/function and 2nd hand price.
I think I could have just made a mistake!!!
look forward to your advice.
