Love the story, and the images are grand, with beautiful colours, details, and focus fall-off.

Lovely to my eyes - there's a nice flow in the details that gives a gentle movement to the overall composition.

I like all 3 - abstract, minimalist and abstract/impressionist from first to last. Bubble land (3) is my favorite.

Lovely light, softening the strong timber lines for a cozy feeling.

Quite atmospheric, and subtle colours, as said above. Lovely.

Lovely Steve. I find ivy makes a great subject - many different shapes and textures, some movement in the breeze, late season flowers...

Geoff, I would consider these fine reproductions of artwork, it's all good really (especially if you provide - when known - the names of the artists). I quite agree with what Tim says above. The other approach is to provide context, or your own special way of seeing such art...

I'll join in the praise to say how much I enjoy these coastly outings of yours, Bill, which I feel as being variations on (a) theme(s). The very misty 5 & 6 pull me in in a strong way - I can hear the silence from the world (well, from that which we find ourselves in most of the time), and the music from within that (mental) space... there are times and places which put us in such a state of mental solitude that we can feel the power of presences usually unnoticed... 8 is a minimalist remider that yes, we do still live in that material world down in the left-hand corner. And 1 is an interesting entrance into this silent world, as the figures in the sand seem to indicate some past presence of living creatures (humans?).
