One of the biggest values of seeing work such as yours (and Serge's)...
Quite the compliment, Lenny, thank you

Daring processing choices, Joe - working well together as a set, as stated by Lenny above. The Paranormal Ram Inn catches my eye in particular, for the off-kilter lines and the feeling of slight instability they induce.

Is 'Marshmallow Bush' a real nickname for the Althea? The black and white has come out nicely, although I (of all people!) wonder how it would look in colour (and, inversely, how the first would fare in b&w).

All lovely shots in this set, Bill. I'll agree with Nigel above concerning #2 - that tiny bit of house and trees is the real strength of the image. As are the partial trees in #3 - your regular use of such an inclusion/exclusion effect always works wonders, letting the mind roam... The ICMs - you've really made them a beautiful part of your vocabulary. #6 has really come out quite wonderfully.

Lovely colours indeed. 3 is the more interesting one to me - one can start imagining things...

A very evocative set, John, with 4-8 specially appealing to me.

I'm on board with the softer ones, too, especially... #2

Treading on the dark side was a great pp decision here, Lenny. Love the geometrics of the paths in 1, and how the light works with the tree in 2. The last one is a great composition, with the near and far paths, heading in different directions, giving movement and depth to the image. Great set.
