It should be fine. Are you having any difficulties with it? I use a 430 ST with an istDS (pretty much the same camera) with no problems.

Steve, if this is an Adaptall lens, I would check that the lens is mounted properly. Sometimes they Adaptall mounts can be temperamental. You will notice incosistent exposure if the lens is not properly mounted on the converter or the lens mount.

Ffordes have a Sigma 150-500 APO HSM for Ģ750 if it helps.
The other way to a 400mm lens is a quality 70-200mm/2.8 lens and 2x TC. Possibly much cheaper and much wider choice.

Good review - while it lasted, although in summing up t did not realy address the K7's strengths - in-body stabilisation with any lens, small size, etc. Not sure what an "uncomfortable viewfinder" is. All my Pentax bodies have been excellent in this respect.

I think the Oxford Street branch have the X70 and KM. Not much else though.

hi , ya you have right,itīs true , pentax donīt need be the number 1, or 2, but only be a brand of quality,only be PENTAX,....
itīs like, hasseblade or leica , only some persons haves,......
