The DA 40 might be slightly on the high side. Amazon had them for around £216 (not sure if they still do).

I have an MX and 40/2.8 in the bag today. With a Zhou leather case originally designed for a Voigtlander Bessa R. Fits very well and adds a small grip to the front of the camera.I feel the same way. I think this is deliberate Most users would not want double exposure on more than one or to shots, and having it permanently set up would probably ruin that once in a lifetime shot. I could be wrong of course....
I am amazed pentax offer this in a digital SLR. I think it a great feature and saves messing around in Photoshop.

I think mirror lock up works with the 2 sec time delay and a remote.
