It has now become a very popular venue for photographers, there is also a feeding station, as they are commonly known, at Llangadog as well, below the Black Mountains.

Excellent captures by the way and all you say, "hand Held" at ISO 100, very impressive - well done.

I have never herd of such bunkum in all my life and I do feel for you Scott. Surely, if Sigma make a lens for a Pentax fit camera, it should fit and work on a Pentax camera, whether its a K20, K200 etc. If your K20 body is calibrated to this particular lens, does this mean it will not function on your K200 or any other Pentax Bodies? Given your circumstances Scott I would have a word with your Trading Standards Department, you will be surprised at what they can do. I know you bought this second hand and warranties are technically not transferable, but this lens is not fit for use.

I live in a very rural location and I have to say in defence of the Post Office they are excellent.
Six months ago, I ordered three special black-out blinds from Velux, very expensive, coming from Scotland, four days delivery quoted from company, (private courier) ten days later telephoned company, dispatched on same day I ordered. After 20 days, the company dispatched more blinds (and claim off the courier), which arrived two days later (Royal Mail). Four months later, knock at the door, the post man, found the first blinds in the next valley over and recognized our name and brought them over.
Wait till Meddlesome does privatized the post office and you have private contractors throwing parcels (Pentax Lenses) out of the back of their vans, they will not care. Just claim it on the insurance they will say.

Well if there are any marks for expression, this scores 100% have to agree with paullucas on exposure though, but the black & white post almost works, then I am biased when it comes to B&W

Beautiful composition from the rose and superb from the photographer, I feel your composition with the leaves intact adds a certain quality to your image.

Critique: 1. Good composition with strong definition, but not enough tonal range in the blacks for a strong Black and White
2. Amusing shot, but looks overexposed. 3. Excellent composition with superb tonal range, really like it. 4. Good composition and would make a first class B & W. 5. Definitely one of the Spurry family and from your description/location its a 'Sand Spurry' (Spergularia rubra) found in open sandy or gravelly places, especially where the soil is lime-free. Excellent composition with strong definition and vibrant colour. My favorite of your five is the interior of the church, but would like to see a Black & White of the church grounds.

Photos 1, 2 & 3 are nicely exposed, given the amount of contrast to fool the exposure meter, No 4 is starting to go over and No 5 is well over exposed. Peter is correct with the polariser, some photographers never take them off their lenses.
