I do agree. And I just ordered a new tripod on the weekend (and it would have paid for at least half a new K7).

That doesn't mean that I don't want the K7, I just think that I can keep the urge under control for another while. I'm sure that it is improved in many respects and eventually I'll give in. Until then I better don't touch it listening to Unlocker...

In the long term, though, the old saying from Startrek is true: Resistance is futile...

Of course we would do that, but you stated that you were after a full frame, so the K-7 wouldn't do...

The lighting is great, I think, and very well suiting the image.

I think we should have done something about him leaving Pentax. It's sad to see him go. I hope that one day he'll be back with us.

Wouldn't it be great if he would win this one, would keep him around for at least another fortnight. And his shot has all it takes to win, it's creative and it's carried out masterly.
How much will he spend to be able to do the same with a Nikon, I wonder...
