Some how today the focus screen had come out of my camera, so now I have dust and dirt in the mirror box, and ideas how to clean it and what to use?

Well not bad was meant to be a 16 hour back to back and I finished after 20 hours. It's always the same, just due to come of shift and someone decided to break into a local shop, the good news is I caught him still at the scene.

I hope you all get the gifts you want and have a great christmas day, as for me I have to go and start a back to back shift at 10pm so I don't finish till 2pm tomorrow and my wife wont let me open my presents till I get home tomorrow.(fingers crossed for a new lense.).
