For me, even though I'm new at this, it's all about the challenge of getting the photograph and looking at the result and thinking I did that. I won't always get the result I want and I don't care if anyone else likes them, but at least I know I had to work at getting that shot.

Just tryed out the Pentax 16-50 and the Tamron 70-200 and all I can say is wow.

I went to see them and asked if they knew how much this was worth, and they sure did, their comment was " the money didn't matter, it was know it would all be looked after and enjoyed.". Guess they don't know me that well.

A family of a neighbour who died about 3 weeks ago just brought round his camera stuff and ask me if I wanted it all for £250. So I said yeah no problem, as I knew he had pentax and samsung stuff as he was the one that helped me make my choice. But having just look through everything they have given me I think they have charged me too little.
In the box was

28mm f2.8
Tamron 70-200 f2.8
16-50 f2.8
and a metz Af48 flashgun and they are all really clean and in great condition, should I feel bad or just enjoy.

Telling me, I'm finding it alot more forgiving than I thought it would be, still trying to get a good photograph though (But thats my fault, so much to learn.).

After 36 years I've finally got my hands on my first SLR, I've had it a 2 months now and I've got to say I'm loving it.
