Compressed air like Dust Off might do the job but play it safe and get it to a listed Pentax technician.
2x K10D bodies, 2x FA 28-200 3.8-5.6, DA 18-55, A 50 F2, 50mm Macro, 360 FGZ. Still saving for the 60-250 DA* Also have a Z10 35mm and a K1000 just for fun. IF PENTAX IS THE ANSWER, WHO CARES WHAT THE QUESTION IS...!

DIY job. Pentax expects owners to change the focus screen them selves
I would avoid compressed air as it may drive dust further into the camera.
Blower to remove loose dirt and/or very clean brush like an artic butterfly to wipe off base of prism. Avoid touching the mirror as it is front silvered and easily damaged. Hold camera with lens mount down so that loose dust falls out.
Then refit focus screen.
Check if sensor is dirty then clean if necessary.
Cleaning (and changing) the focus screen and cleaning the sensor are things which a DSLR owner should consider as a normal part of photography not a disaster to run to a dealer or technician with.
