I've got one too very recently - excellent summary. Agree on Tav - it's a lifesaver with this. Fwiw, I've bought tonnes of lenses there and have always found goodies. But always went to inspect (I live close by). Fyi they have this thing going with foreign people who send their stuff to them. They had a hugfe batch from Israel some time back and it was quite sandy.
Moral of the story: go and try out the stuff there for bargains, don't rely on postal/web.

I've only been an AP subscriber since Christmas but I'm very disappointed with it. Nothing to do with a pro or anti Pentax thing - more because there are only a very few pages of stuff to help me improve or learn anything other than basic bland photoshop things, the rest is either advertising or features comparing cameras that I'll never buy because I already have one.
