Colors are different...in better, can't do any comparison with a cheaper one at the moment...but my idea is that "the more you spend, the less you spend"

I reread everything, the concept is clearer but not completely...don't know if I an slow to learn or it is difficoult...
When do we have to apply the HF distance? There is something that I can't explain exactly but it is partially related to the placement of the subjects.
I mean, I understand if we have more subject diagonally placed and if I want most of them in focus, I have to focus keeping in mind the HFD (or the rule of 1/3).
But what if subject are roughly on the same distance or on the horizon. Where should I focus?
About DOF: I'm keeping to use no more f11 or f16 rarely, but I was reading a book by Mackie's about landscapes. He doesn't talk about DOF, but in the 99% of his photos he uses f/22 or f/32. Is there any reason?

Following your advice, I finally ordered the Circ pol by B+W.
I used last sunday and really enjoyed it...the colour changes instamtly!
I am waiting for Lee holder and ND grad soft Lee as well, maybe I will order the Formatt ND

Looks cool!
28-140mm plus 5x zoom is good, even if I would have preferred it thinner with extensible zoom (probbaly it is not compatible with the all the *proof!
How are pentax compact cameras? I have got a canon ixus
