I too ditched Flickr Pro last year because it was getting too expensive and I wasn't using it enough. That prompted me to look at all my subscriptions and I culled Adobe, Navigraph (Flight sim), and a couple of others. I now use mainly On1 PhotoRAW and Topaz products for my editing. I use ACDSee for it's Mobile Sync and import/cataloguing features and Microsoft OneDrive for document storage. My images are stored on my editing PC which has a robust backup regime to external drives. I can't use cloud storage due to my prehistorically slow internet upload speed of 512Kb/s. Oh, I dream of fibre broadband, I really do, but it's just not available out in the sticks where I live in rural Spain.

Not entirely true. The slider 'Locks' the card and prevents writing to it or deleting files. Files can still be accessed and copied off of course.

If it's one of the UHS-I compatible cards/adapter it should work. SD, SDHC, or SDXC

A beautiful image of a scene that is very familiar to me.

Hughenden park was an extension of my back garden from 1983 to 2006. I lived on the hill in the village of Downley overlooking the park and could see much of it from my bedroom window.

I can only dream of using a K3-II. I own one but I've never seen it so far. I bought it used from a fellow forum member and had it sent to some friends in UK to bring it to me in Spain when they returned in May. Unfortunately due to a serious leg injury, my friends haven't returned yet. Hopefully, they'll be back towards the end of October and I can play with it then. In the meantime, I still use my trusty K5 and K5-II, MX-1, and occasionally the K20D gets an outing. All still very capable cameras but I'm looking forward to seeing the images from The K3-II's 24Mp sensor. Sigh . . .

I think I'm too far south and due to living in a mountainous region of Spain, by the time it's dark enough to see it it's below my horizon to the Northwest, and it's too light when it rises above the horizon to the Northeast.

It's no surprise to me that he/she has an aversion to online fora if this is the way he/she reacts to others comments. His/her way or no way I think.
