Wonderful as always, especially number three.

They look good, at least at that size.

M28 F3.5, a fantastic landscape lens.

l have heard it is sharper than the 28/2.8
It is sharper and with better colour and contrast than either version of the M 28/2.8, however the K 28/3.5 is significantly better still, though much bigger and heavier.

I also love M lenses - they are the mainstay of my manual lens collection and get plenty of use on film and digital. My favourites are the 85/2, 35/2 and the amazing little 50/1.7.

I'm surprised to see that, it seems quite popular. Maybe to force people into the much more expensive 16-85mm.

Hi Peter,
Looks to be camera shake at about 40 deg. If they are important Focus Magic could recover quite a bit. Do it in 2 processes...
1st fix Motion Blur at 40 deg. Distance Value 4
2nd Fix Focus at a Blur Width of 3

The FREE version allows 8 goes (I think)

It seems to just heavily pixelate the image.

1/50s might be enough at 150mm but I wouldn't rely on it. 1/50s isn't fast enough to avoid motion blur in moving people though.

I like it and see nothing wrong. A judge needs to be able to back up their comments with reasons, how else could someone be expected to improve? And how else can judges be expected to be held accountable for their judgements?

Between those two I see no reason to choose the K100D. You might well find something newer for a similar price though, such as a K-r (though it lacks the top LCD, weather sealing, battery grip option and robust build quality).

Very very nice. I recently used my SMC Tak 105/2.8 in the same way and enjoyed it thoroughly. Manual lenses are great for macro.

Bear in mind that the camera will probably take a dark frame after the actual shot, and that the camera may appear to be frozen up during that time. A dark frame is a shot with the same settings as the actual exposure but with the shutter closed. It's used as a reference to be able to subtract the noise from the "real" photo.
