I found some others on the Net, but may look at the OP/TECH Pro Digital Camera Soft Neck Strap or the Lowepro Transporter Digital or Film S.L.R Camera Strap. The Lowepro Transporter looks like it has a pouch which may take either a remote or memory card.
Any thoughts on these two anyone?

Register distance of the K-Mount is 45,46mm and the 645 is 70,87mm.
I don't know the depth of the lens cap so can't say how long the tube must be but the whole adapter must be around the 25,41mm.
If you make it longer you lose infinite focus.

I recall reading that some of the DA lenses are full frame, the 40mm is obviously one but I can't remember the others.

Tha FA 35/2 is a very good lens for mid range, if a tad expensive. If you're on a limited budget then the Sigma 24/2.8 is a very good lens, comes up regularly on Ebay in manual focus and can be had with the "A" setting on the aperture ring. There was also an AF version of the Sigma but they're much harder to come by. The FA 28/2.8 is another fine performer if you can find one on the s/h market, it's optically different from the F 28/2.8 and possibly the best 28mm f/2.8 Pentax made. The older K 28/3.5 is generally regarded as very good also.
