Can see the hedge line difference, can only think of setting up on a tripod and paper on the wall, set up with it cut to 3:2 format and fill viewfinder take the shot see what is produced.

Have you previously tried experimenting with the sensor shifting function? still in the last position? I would think it resets though.

That is a very nice macro and using the 35mm very much up close and personal, glad he/she obliged and sat quiet long enough, or was it a case you tired it out first.

Thanks, good info, I was surprised on the extra size still but the results I reckon are definitely worth it, I hope this does filter down to the existing models.

Why would it take up extra space? The final image is the same pixel size, just for each pixel my understanding is it has a true colour reading rather than being processed from a single colour algorithm, where they take an educated interpretation as such.

I never got on with the hand straps, so I made a wrist strap out of para cord

also use the peak design (slide) love that especially as it can be fitted and removed in seconds, can see the little dongle thingy on the same link as the wrist strap

I would think it will still be RAW, all it is doing is giving an exact/precise value for the colour by using all 3 colours off the filter layer, if they went with JPEG processing only, it kind of defeats the object of getting the higher detail info in the first place.
