Thank you for commenting Zav & Gareth !

A bulb ?

Sorry I should explain why #1 doesn't work for me. His hand is almost totally obscuring his face and there are too many shadows. Obviously I'm in a minority of one though !

Ha ha - verrry cute. I also have the Tamron 17-50 and it is infamous for FF/BF. I tried out 3 copies before choosing the one I have and even that needed in-camera adjustment (+5). Awesome lense though.

#2 is a excellent shot for me - the spots provide a great background and he stands out really well.

Thank you David - very pleased you enjoyed the shot !

Thanks Andrew - much appreciate your comments, and yes I think the K5 certainly does !

Thoughton - thank you. Yes Va Bene is very nice but over-rated and over-priced. Next time you're here let me know - there is a great Italian called Da Marco who has been here forever and doesn't charge the earth, some great home-style Italian dishes too !

Thank you Tiger !

iBerg - well me or the camera - I'm not sure but I think at this stage I'm definitely going to credit the K5 ! Thank you !

Smutje - #1 : I had to go back and check, it's a glass door to a restaurant. I actually angled myself against that wall to exclude other distracting elements on the left but guess I couldn't get far enough. Thank you for all your comments !

Lovely set !

I really like #2 - guy in red, that's a great street shot, and #4 - Apple

Lovely set ! The Holly & the Lone Walker (original) are the best for me.

Thank Alan - glad you liked them !
