I don't know why but he seems facinated with my desk.
He's always playing with the phone, or the computer, everytime I turn my back, on him.

Reasons:
Portraits; we do weddings.
When somebody says "My uncles has a nice camera..." I pull out shots taken with specialty lenses and say:"ask your uncle to show you shots like this...". (ultra wide group shot inside limo, fish-eye, macro shot of ring etc....)
the pentax multicoatings mean consistancy in color from one lens to the next.
That's what works for me...

getting a logo or photocredit or copyright notice, (often on the back in small print) is not uncommon, especially if you intend to retain copyright.

I'd say give it, with condition that your company logo be printed on it.
Ask to work out a deal to get paid to cover all thier functions and events and fundraisers for your normal rates.
Show them the benifits of having you do the work so they can control thier image, choose thier press releases, and produce better reports, and documenting thier activities to show various gov't agencies and supporters.

b) try a polarizer to reduce the reflected light off the surface.
c)try a uv filter
as a wedding photographer I'm fully aware of the problem...(.Leica had a nightmare with thier digital rangefinder) we want our black tuxes to look black!
turns out that cameras with good IR sensitivity really have problems with blacks that absorb most of the visible spectrum but can reflect back alot of the not so visible spectrum.
some photoshop work can help. a grey card can help you in post by getting your exposure right and a reference for correcting any color problems.
ps Mattmatic uses the expo disc which is great, and I've discovered that for setting your white balance, the translucent bodycap that comes with the dslr's does a great impersonation of the expo disc, though not as accurate for exposures, not too far off either.

I stand corrected, but the sloution still works!
even getting your flash further awy from the lens will help, if only by getting the catchlight out of the pupil....

See, the squirrell has made friends with the robot.
see those jumper cable hands?
the squirrell has reprogramed the robot, by crossing the "Jumpstart Car" command with the "Give Atomic Wedgie" command therby devising a whole new SHOCKING, concept in wedgies. He calls it the "Flaming Atomic Wedgie"
I wouldn't mess with this squirrell.....
