I'd prefer a camera that had memory and wifi built in, using memory cards as optional expansion/image transfer upgrades....
built in battery chargeing, and software that would transfer the images and charge the batteries when ever an ac adapter or usb cable got plugged in....

As long as you think it's right Don, that's all that matters.

If your looking for portrait work, I wouldn't produce a business card bearing a portrait with the lighting on the "broad side of the face" looks far too amateur and is normally not very flattering (there can be exceptions such as making a thin face look wider).
And if it's your own business I wouldn't produce a card with your own picture on the left, it's not doing your own image any good. Before and after shots are fine as long as they are of someone else. It never did any harm to the hair restorer industry or the makeover industry.

I am not trying to pass myself off as one of the "Young and affluent"...lol...
and I'm content with the descisions, I made. I felt the haircut made my head look longer than I'm used to seeing myself and went with broad lighting, and that face has some scars, and the nose has been broken and the teeth still have some cracks and chips from my previous, rather rough existence, so that angle makes the nose look straight, and I think the theme of making a "Bum" look "business like" is a fitting choice, before and after shots of the guy handing them the card, leaves no doubt on whether the final image is an improvement. If I can make me look good, what can I do for them?
of course I could be wrong...
there are shots in my files of younger looking men, that are more trendy looking...
will give some more thought..
thank you.

you do realize that all three idiots (the two in the first image and the shoe salesman on the right) are all me, right? hehehe!
I appreciate the feedback, thank you!

It's been a tough week.
But we believe that death is simply the last experience in life, but there is still more life after death.
So while we are saddened by our loss, and will miss her, we are also happy for her because she lived her life in such a way, that we all have much to celebrate and remember her from. We know she is in a better place.
My mother has been diagnosed with cancer, and is terminal.She's now at her home, with some support from Palitive care. Her last request was to not die in the hospital, but in her home.
She's been needing full time care.
I've been staying at her place 24-7 with only a few short breaks. She has no internet there, but I've popped in on my iphone to see what's happening...
But will be back home later this week.
See y'all later!
Don

Wow! so many people missing the point...
I'm with you Mike. I have found myself lugging a bloody great camera and grip and telephoto all over place but unable to use it because I dashed out without a card. I have 3 super duper extreme IIIs but they are no use to man or beast if you have a blond (bald) moment.
I have a procedure that has become second nature:
* Open the SD door
* Remove card from camera
* Immediately put a new card in the camera
* Close the SD door
* Format the card
* Take the card to the PC to download
Bottom line - I don't close the SD card door unless there's a card in there!
Matt
However there is an old saying:
"As soon as one person invents something IdiotProof, they'll just make a better idiot"
now I'm not calling anybody an idiot on either side here....it's just a joke, but...
We did manage to lose a photoshoot the other week... baby photos, had to re-shoot...
I was distracted with family matters (boy I could tell you guys some stories) and a memory card got handed off to Gerri for downloading and meta tagging.... which got handed back to me for another job... I didn't check the project as I was at my mothers that week... Gerri had been crazy busy also and had forgotten to download the images and rotate the cards.
