Don, I'm sorry to hear that.
I wish you and your family all the best and I hope that your mother will pass away peacefully and not in a lot of pain, that is all we can ask for in a situation like this.

Don, I am so sorry to hear your news. I too know only too well what you are going through.
I am glad your mother is able to be at home. It is hard on the carers, but for her it is best, and it gives you valuable time with her which you might not get in a hospital.
I too hope your mother will pass peacefully, without too much pain. I wish you and your family all the strength to cope with this, and I will be thinking of you in the coming weeks.

My Mom passed at 8:00 pm this evening. Peacefully.

My mother has been diagnosed with cancer, and is terminal.She's now at her home, with some support from Palitive care. Her last request was to not die in the hospital, but in her home.
She's been needing full time care.
I've been staying at her place 24-7 with only a few short breaks. She has no internet there, but I've popped in on my iphone to see what's happening...
But will be back home later this week.
