I like the long horizontal frames, removes the distractions. Especially like that first one.

Mind you, the square ones are good too. Nice set of pictures!

White plastic sheeting, made for protecting from decorating splashes. Might need several layers as it is thin but you can also defuse light through it as in a light tent. Last one I got was from the Pound shop.

Black. Black velvet is good.
Try the black weed control fabric sold in garden centres, much cheaper. Saw a whole Santas grotto made of the stuff, did a good job too. Can of course be pinned to frames or draped over whatever. Last I got was from one of those cheap houswares shops, £2.99 for 1x10m roll.

Its amazing how just changing the shape of the picture, to suit the subject, can make such a difference. This would look good with a thick black border, to isolate it, and printed large!

Ops! I think your right!

I think I cropped a bit of the bottom as well as the top by mistake.

I like it as a pure landscape. The great sweep of the bay with the mountains in the distance are great, the sky is adding some but not enough.
Try cropping about half of the sky. I think you will find the wide sweep 'feel' is amplifyed.

Hope you don't mind, but like this:

Thanks for that. I realised that the 220 was just longer but was unsure if it was a problem, I forgot the spool is a diferent size.

Any idea what sort of money the 645n might go for, with a 75mm and the insert?

Hi
Thinking of buying a 645 and I wondered if it matters which film insert it comes with. Can you put a 120 film in the 220 insert ok or is it important to have the matching film?
