Hello, did you get sorted with what you were looking for? If not, I have one in excellent unmarked condition, which, although I wasn't looking to sell it, I am prepared to do so.

Please let me know if you're still interested. I probably won't be back on line to answer any replies until late Monday evening.

Regards,

Defragged

Percyverance is the key.... lol....

I went on the Sunday. The two Lancaster Bombers were a sight to behold and you're right about the Typhoon, it's roar was tremendous, it made my insides vibrate. The unexpected appearance of the Vulcan was the icing in cake of a day of superb weather for a flying display. A truly halcyon day apart from the horrendous traffic queues which sadly caused me to miss the Red Arrows close up.

Ironically, my main purpose for attending the Southport show was because it was the last time the two Lancasters would be flying together and so the last chance to pay homage and be a part of such a great history making event, but after leaving Southport, they headed for Northallerton to do a flyover and on route passed directly above my house some fifty miles from Southport. For me that would have been memorable indeed to see!

Considering the miserable atmospheric conditions you encountered on the Saturday, you should be proud of your photographs. Thanks for posting them....

For anyone in the market for mem cards!

Super photo's and fascinating story and, for anyone who has never been, Elvington Air Museum is a great day out on it's own accord.

Thanks for the 'Two Faced' link...

Very effective.... I like them....

Lovely set of vibrant images....

Beautiful crisp images...

Thank you from me too and there are some interesting links also on that site....

A lovely set of photo's of one of my favorite places. I was up there just two weeks ago but it was very crowded. I like the lighthouse photo in particular.

What makes them stand out for me though is that they are so unpolluted by carbon units....
