2nd image for me is the pick and shows what the sensor in the K10 is capable of. I owned a K-m a good few years ago and always loved the quality of landscape images it produced, I think the sensor was the same 10mp one as in the K10. Not very good in low light, but horses for courses and excellent at everything else.

Some serious skills here, if you haven't tried macro, especially at high magnifications like the last one, you cannot imagine what difficulties you can face.

Well done Derek, you make me want to get out in the garden, the only problem is it's raining and windy all the time!

Cheers

Lovely images, particularly like the Puffins and especially number 10!

18,19 and 20 also catch my eye.

I like what you achieved here David, was that an original continental GT or one of the new ones (retro)?
Hi Don, it's one of the new (retro) ones I believe, made in India. I think it's about 3 years old.

Thanks for the feedback on my pics.

Hi all

Apologies to you all and to pentaxuser.com, I haven't been visiting the site for approx. 2 months, usual stuff, busy life etc. I managed to get out on Father's day and shoot some pics in 2 locations; Cromford Vintage Car Show and Crich Tramway Museum. Here are some shots, all K3 and DA*50-135, which is my 'go to' combination for selective focus.

That's a great shot, how many did you have to do to get it focused bang-on?

Lovely set, the one of the rock in the sand takes top spot for me, a great composition and the strong reflected light adds to it.
