Nice set Chris.
We have a spotted woodpecker visit our seed feeder most days at present. (I have one or two piccies but they are not taken with Pentax gear).
He also wakes us up from time to time having a drill on or TV aerial that reverberates through the house!!

Very neat! Makes for a great image.
It would be good to see a version where (perhaps) the glass bases were less prominent as well for comparison purpose? Just my thoughts - still a great image as is!

This is where the aforementioned scissors would have come into play. A side-step to the left and there were more of the little ... wotsits. As it is I have cropped a bit off the left side of the image. Note to self... always pack secateurs. I already feel like a pack-animal when I go out photo-snapping! womble wrote:

For me, there isn't a lot in the frame but what there is, it implies a cold and stark landscape so it works well
