Nice to be part of a friendly chat with good friends with ( mostly ) similar views.................................mostly drink !!!!

I concur with Gwyn - I just watched RND from 7-00pm until 2-00am - some brilliant stuff and great value and co-operation.
Sadly I was crying by 7-08 when I saw little kiddies the age of my granddaughter struggling to exist with cataracts.
I donated twice as much as last year because I now realise that life is not fair and not finite and I can always do without something.
If they need someone to press the button on the trapdoor for all the dictators, bent politicians, warlords and other scum who help perpetrate this injustice in 2011 - I`m yer man - !!!!!

Rant over - sorry

Tony

Er sorry Gartmore !!!!!

Living in the 'Second City of the Empire' where we used to make big things like railway locomotives and ships, I notice that the only things on Glasgow docks are piles of plastic garbage, which is shipped to China to make fleece jackets that probably end up back here via Canada.

By the second city I assume you are referring to Liverpool as the first ??

All my Leonard Cohen cds are in plastic cases !!

Tony

Been to see my GP - typical Irish young man - can`t give me a prescription for the black stuff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or a large Bush !!!!!!

No point in being ill really - best to all you who celebrate the day !

Tony

Thanks JudithAnne for a great challenge and and interesting selection of interpretations.
Well done to Geordie and all the runners up - I really must practice with my flash ( if that`s not illegal these days !! ).

Never use lotion - I`m an easy tanner and never burn - sun glasses built into my prescription specs...............really very very excited - will break the journey around Bristol so as to be not too tired driving.
Hopefully no nasties will turn up to hinder the plan - I`m not really ill anyway !!!!
