True Froggy, my iPhone 4 made by foxconn in China and it is a stunningly built piece of kit. If only everything was made to the same build quality then we wouldn't have to replace so often and that would be a much "greener" way to go.

Use PhotoMe (download off the net) take a piccy then without putting it through Photoshop open it with PhotoMe and somewhere on the page you will find it.

I have tried both printer managed then Photoshop managed and both came out with very, very little difference. Still a magenta hue to the greys.

Why does the tarmac in my displayed images appear grey yet when I print it comes out with a pink hue. It's something to do with profiles but which one of the 400 do I choose?
Any why does it not just print whats on the screen.
Someone's going to mention calibration........ how?

I would suggest you don't overlook the 150-500 either. For the price of the Bigma you could very nearly buy the Sigma 70-200 Macro II and the Sigma 150-500.

Let's wait and see what they have in store as replacements for the K-r and K-5, it is unlikely Ricoh bought Pentax if there wasn't something in the plans for the future of great interest. Pentax is an established, reputable and trusted brand name in the world of photography and if Ricoh want to compete with their Canon rivals they would be better off keeping the Pentax name alive.
As said earlier, let's wait and see. I for one am confident that Ricoh have bought Pentax because it makes financial sense and there is a lot of exiting developments coming and Pentax needed some big money backing to get these developments to market.
