Fine set indeed, LennyB, great detail, light, and processing. The chili leaves are a step ahead for me - in and out of focus elements coexist throughout the image, rendering it both vibrant and dreamy, real and unreal. Very subtle tones to boot.

I'd heard of Vauxhall, but never looked anything up about them - now I have, thanks to you. Some very beautiful designs they had, too.

The carry out - yes, a great image indeed, Barrie. I very much like the jetty, too. They both have something special to them, a personal vision.

Lovely sense of space, Kris. And it highlights one of the more interesting things about photography, in my mind: simply walking through this type of country is generally of little interest to me - I find the flatness boring. Yet, if I have my camera (or if I see a well-thought image such as yours), it all of a sudden becomes a place of infinite possibilities, both meditative and awe-inspiring. There's definitely something magical in this passion of ours.

Seems a lovely place, John, well rendered in your set of images. 1 & 4 have a special appeal, thanks to the flare fluttering about the trees.

A beautiful set of abstracts, LennyB. 4-8 I find especially appealing, and within those, 5, 7 and 8; sand and roots being my pick of the lot - so much to see and/or imagine (have you noticed the bird?).

I'll agree with the majority here, great colours and interesting angles. My favorite however is the straight-on window and stonework of #2m - which has its own, even more subtle, colour palette - very well framed, lit and processed.

I like the rework of the first, Joe, it pushes the image more boldly into dreamy territory. Second and third though, I much prefer the originals - I feel they really don't need the extra processing. They are both great images. (The more I see IR's, the more I'd like to get my hands on an IR'd camera - these aren't helping me curb my desire).

I like them both, LennyB, as they convey different interpretations - a gentle feeling of late summer/early autumn happiness in the first, a somewhat starker, more bold and graphic crop of the world in the second,
