Thanks for the feedback everyone and you're right Algi I almost mist it - I couldn't make my mind up where to take the shots from & the first vantage point didn't work out so well so a quich dash in the car further down the hill produced these, the mist was lifting quickly so only just !!
This was just one of those lucky days that happen too rarely - great reflections and Caernarfon & mist in Nant Gwynant, I'll probably never see that again for a few years

I must admit having been out yesterday with the K20D it's reminded me of just how good a camera it is, for landscape photos at least...the FPS/noise factors don't really figure.
I'm still keen on the K5 but the urgency of my new purchase has disappeared and I'll be waiting until the price drops quite a bit more, I must admit Mike I think a 12.5% drop is more than realistic in a few months time once initial sales fall away

Very atmospheric in Snowdonia this morning, especially in Nant Gwynant

Weather forecast was good this morning for the first time in a good while so shot off down to Caernarfon to try & catch a photo I've been trying to get for a long time - my luck was in at last!!

I'll be buying one shortly myself although ideally I'd like to see another review or two first - there's been some debate about the DXO figures although all reviews need to be taken with a pinch of salt

Best cameras have a similar deal...neither on the Pentax supplier list though, I've emailed them to query this out of interest??

Having now processed all the photos from the day this one looks better balanced - it also caught more of the sunrise than the other.
