Another site I go on (motorcycle related) one of the members had a problem with a Ebayer using one of HIS photos as cards, and selling them! The Ebayer in question was asked politely to cease using it, and replied, tough, sue me Hmmmm food for thought, but I'm not too worried about my pics yet

It's not just you I went to Gretna yesterday to see the Starlings that have been reported in/on the local news, nothing, nada, nowt! It was windy and loads of twitchers and photographers there, maybe they scared them away?

I wouldn't fancy carrying it any distance, weighing a smidge over 36lbs And I'm a big bloke
The price could be a tad off putting too!

I received this lens yesterday and a new tripod from SRS, excellent service and price! Spoke to chris, lovely man;o)
I took this in macro mode/setting, seems very sharp (to me), also a small aeroplane was flying over whilst I was out (bl**dy cold, but sunny) and I managed to get a shot of it. They're not brilliant shots I know, but I was impressed with the range of the lens.
All comments greatly accepted

Edit, forgot to mention that they are as taken, just reduced for this forum.

Taken today, on a cloudy Sunday afternoon. Not my town as such, but the nearest civilisation to me, I live eight miles from any street lights and Langholm, which this is

K100D Super +kit lens, exif data should still be intact!

I was looking at that site this afternoon, and thought I'd seen that photo somewhere before
Well done!

I bought the same lens from the same folk! I can't fault their service or the lens (but what do I know;0), recommended.
As a aside, I took a load of photos this weekend (went to Carradale and Campbeltown) and failed to notice that I was clicking away over exposed!
I managed to save most in PS, what a donkey! Keep clicking and learning I am now using AV mode most of the time, with a splash of TV for the darker shots
Apologies for going off subject;o)

I have a Lowepro Slingshot 100AW, it takes my K100d (with lens fitted) and there is room for 2 or three spare lenses, plus another compartment on the top of the bag and a waterproof cover. You can get them for less than £40 delivered. Google the bag/model you are interested in.

I got a nice sweater for Christmas, I really wanted a screamer or a moaner
I'll get me coat...........
