Thanks for sharing Galoot, takes me and my other half back, just been discussing a few old memories, we lived up there for 25 years when I worked for BP. We have been in the chippy a few times, my hubby even recognised the old guy on the left! Ferry used to leave at 1800hrs in our day, nothing stays the same.

Thanks Lilly, I usually manage to get up for the Up-Helly-A celebrations, but missed it this year, did manage to get the picture on to the BBC Scotland News web page. Second attempt at this, was quite pleased.
