Market forces, such as economy, what the competition is doing (Nikon, Cannon)and what more it offers that customers would really want/use ....bought another expensive shotgun recently...therefore doubt it will be for a while before I change and my kids are either into other makes or not interested...you know, someone to pass it on to....still getting my head around the twiddly bits on my K20D.....but there is a second hand market isn't there????

Had a huge run in with Andrew Mellor. Before I bought my K20D and 18-250 lens I asked him what cash back would be allowed. After purchase and submitting the forms I received less. A call to the MD with threats of contacting Watchdog and 20 mins later the full cash back was agreed and later paid.
I would love to do Andrew's appraisal. I don't think they understand their own Terms and Conditions.

It was like that with me and riflescopes...only use Nikon....but can't work out why I didn't try Pentax riflescopes....guess it's a marketing thing.
