I've got my ORIGINAL Weston Master 11 from about 1953 era; my Dad smuggled it in to England from Jersey ( No Purchase Tax at 60% or Import Duty at 50% as it was in those days !) It cost £7-12-6d I think. It came with the Mk 1 Invercone which I still have ! The Weston Speed are one third stop different from ASA speeds. 100 ASA=80Weston. I took it to Germany when I was in the Army and got some great results- but I didn't realise the shutter speedcould be out, and used my Contax 11 with f1.5 uncoated Sonnar at top speed which was the unheard of 1250th second and slides came out all over-exposed ! Now I use a Master V with Invercone but wouldn't get rid of my Dad's present; he died in 1968.

So much easier in the Darkroom! I can go in and size it up under the enlarger and print 4x8"x6" prints or 8x6"x4" prints on one sheet of 16x12" paper and develop them all at once in my Nova unit. Do my weddings that way; just test colour balance once for daylight 'Sunny' daylight 'Overcast' and pics by 'flash indoors' make a note of any change to filtration and away I go !

I have a Russian MTO 500mm mirror lens and it does not fit on the K10D as the overhanging pentaprism fouls on it. I use it with my film Pentaxes OK.

yes, I use my screw lenses with the adapter. I pinch in the spring thing with a thumb nail. You must take notice to hold the camera so the mount points downwards as John Riley has said then horrible bits don't fall onto the sensor- so far I haven't found any marks on mine. I used a 135mm F2.5 SMC Takumar, a 50mm f4 SMC Macro-Takumar, a 35mm f2 Super-Takumar, 50mm f1.8 Super-Takumar,300mm f5.6 Tamron, Pentax Screw extension tubes and so on .

In strong sunshine conditions I turn down the 'contrast' a notch or two in the menu on the K10D I have- it's like printing on a softer grade of paper to retain the whites. ( Benefit of many years DARKROOM experience!)

It's the same in the East Anglian Federation; maximum 20x16" mount-if you enter their annual exhibition they MUST be all on 20x16" mounts and they are MEASURED would you believe it ? My wife and I entered the EAF Exhibition through our club Brentwood Photographic Club and didn't get any accepted as the mounts were fractionally too small ! ( VERY PETTY!)
